After our parents moved here from Argentina at the turn of the century, we began introducing people in our community to the flavors of home. In 2017, we were fortunate enough to open a restaurant of our own, and now we can share that with more people than ever!

At Che Gaucho, we bring Argentine cuisine closer to you. As natives of Salta, Argentina, we want to share the recipes we enjoyed growing up. Our delightful menu not only boasts the best of Argentine cuisine, but also the crumbs of our rich tradition.
